Every donation made to the Strathspey Railway is invested into maintenance and overhaul of our locomotives, carriages, stations, track, signalling and other assets. All are core elements of keeping alive the dream of a Heritage Railway in the Highlands. Our plan in 2024 is to progress the construction of a running shed, necessary for the efficient operation of our steam locomotives. This is to be located in Aviemore behing the original Shed 60B about 1/2 a mile north of our Aviemore station.
You may also donate via our Collectin located in the Aviemore Station Booking Hall which accepts Contactless and Chip & Pin Card Payments.
For large donations or to make "Tax Efficient" contributions with Gift Aid, please contact enquiries@strathspeyrailway.co.uk and look out for details of the Strive to Survive Appeal being run by the Strathspey Railway Association.
