Universal Terms

You will be informed of the total charge to your credit/debit card before you complete your purchase. When you have completed your purchase you should write down the booking confirmation number.

You will be sent a confirmation email and you should check the bookings details immediately. If you have any queries please contact 01479 810725 within 24 hours. (leave a message).

The confirmation should be printed unless you can show this on your mobile device or tablet.

The Strathspey Railway Company Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions and you should read and understand these prior to completing the booking, as completion of the booking signifies your agreement. For changes to your online order please call 01479 810725. Changes in bookings will be subject to an administration charge of £5.00 per order. Our Santa Express service has an admin charge of £10 per order. Refunds or exchanges of tickets will only be considered up to 7 working days prior to the booked date of travel, and will be at the discretion of the Strathspey Railway Company. Whilst every effort will be made to operate the published train services, the Strathspey Railway does not guarantee that trains will depart or arrive at the times stated and reserves the right to cancel, alter or suspend any train without notice. Liability for any loss or delay cannot be accepted.

Using Your Personal Information

Personal information submitted to us via this website will be used for the purposes specified in this privacy policy or in relevant parts of the website. You may instruct us not to process your personal information for marketing purposes by using the unsubscribe link in the marketing emails or by sending an email to information@strathspeyrailway.co.uk stating that you wish to unsubscibe from marketing newsletters from the Strathspey Railway.
